The former brewery in Stadtbergen was originally built by relatives of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This project converted the property into a 14-unit apartment building which involved very elaborate renovation. One of the special challenges was to preserve and meticulously refurbish the 400-year-old timbers in the roof structure which are protected under the Monument Protection Law.
